How to Use Automatic Reply in Outlook Mail

In this video, I show how to use the automatic reply feature in Microsoft Outlook. This is great to use when you will be out of the office or away from work. I cover how to access the automatic reply settings in Outlook web, Outlook New, and Outlook Classic. I also show how to set your out of office dates and compose your custom message. I even cover the Rules option in Outlook Classic, which allows you to create actions for specific emails that come in while you are away.
