Email Forwarding from Gmail and Outlook 📧

Managing multiple email accounts can feel like having several inboxes competing for your attention. Fortunately, Gmail and Outlook both include built-in email forwarding features that make it easier to bring those messages together.

The big feature here is centralized email management. You can automatically send incoming messages from one account to another, allowing you to monitor multiple addresses from a single inbox. Both platforms also give you control over whether the original message remains in the source inbox.

Gmail offers several options, including keeping messages unread, marking them as read, archiving them, or deleting the original copy. Outlook provides the ability to retain a copy of forwarded messages as well.

For even more control, Gmail forwarding can work with filters, allowing you to forward only specific types of messages instead of everything.

Whether you have personal, work, school, or business accounts, email forwarding can reduce inbox juggling and make staying on top of your messages much easier.
